My Friends Drink Tea

Let me start off by saying that I have been blessed with incredible friends. All of these ladies are talented, creative, beautiful, and brilliant, and I couldn't ask for better friends in my life. Some new friends, and some old friends, but I love every one of these ladies because they're just the best girls you'll ever meet.
This weekend I hosted a housewarming tea party to christen my new place and officially welcome my friends to my new home. I love love love tea and had so much fun picking out an assortment of teas for my friends to try. Along with the tea there was TONS of food! I made some DIY petit fours (adorable miniature tea party cakes), and of course tea sandwiches in different varieties. We also had macarons, cakeballs, scones with jam and cream, lemon bars, and my lovely guests even brought some goodies, including red velvet cupcakes and homemade chocolate dipped madelines! It's safe to say that we had quite a bit of food left over that I'll be munching on today!
And none of this would have been possible without the help of my amazing parents and boyfriend who helped me prepare all the food, decorate the apartment, and everything else!
I also took lots of behind the scenes and making of videos so prepare for a tea party video or two on my channel, and a full blog post on my outfit with outfit details!

  1. What a magical tea party! Your place is so cute and all you lovely ladies looked amazing! Looking forward to a video from this day :) -Lindsay of Sheaves

  2. I also would like to make a tea party theme lolita / Alice in Wonderland but ... I don't know where to start and I don't have friends who like dressing up... SAD ME T-T

  3. Your tea party is simply astonishing. All ladies are looking beautiful. I loved and admire entire preparations. Planning to throw a nice tea party at one of famous event venues Chicago. Going to have a lovely themed party.
