My Friends Drink Tea

Let me start off by saying that I have been blessed with incredible friends. All of these ladies are talented, creative, beautiful, and brilliant, and I couldn't ask for better friends in my life. Some new friends, and some old friends, but I love every one of these ladies because they're just the best girls you'll ever meet. 

This weekend I hosted a housewarming tea party to christen my new place and officially welcome my friends to my new home. I love love love tea and had so much fun picking out an assortment of teas for my friends to try. Along with the tea there was TONS of food! I made some DIY petit fours (adorable miniature tea party cakes), and of course tea sandwiches in different varieties. We also had macarons, cakeballs, scones with jam and cream, lemon bars, and my lovely guests even brought some goodies, including red velvet cupcakes and homemade chocolate dipped madelines! It's safe to say that we had quite a bit of food left over that I'll be munching on today! 

And none of this would have been possible without the help of my amazing parents and boyfriend who helped me prepare all the food, decorate the apartment, and everything else!

Lime Crime collection

Alright, for those of you that know me, it's no secret that I'm a huge fan of Lime Crime. I've loved Lime Crime for ages, and still even have some of their magic dust eyeshadows from before they got discontinued (RIP "Nymph" and "Dragon Scales", my all time favorite shadows!). I currently have 3 palettes (only 2 pictured) which are "Alchemy", "Aquaetania", and "China Doll". The colors are so pigmented and vibrant and I absolutely love them. I currently have 11 of the opaque lipsticks in my collection, but plan on adding at least a few more, because those empty spots in my organizer is messing with my OCD. I also own two of the carousel glosses, "Present" and "Snowsicle" and only bust them out for very special occasions because these babies are like liquid diamonds! 

I have 4 zodiac glitters ("Pisces", "Aries", "Gemini", and "Leo") and can't wait for "Scorpio" and "Taurus" to come back in stock so I can add them to my collection! I own the eyeshadow helper which is incredible and I couldn't live without it, and also an unreleased product, which is a glitter primer. It's fantastic and I can't wait til they release it because I've already used almost all of mine up! Not pictured here, but part of my collection is some of the uniliners.  I have "Reason", "Quill", "Orchidaceous", and "5th Element", but can't wait to get my hands on "Lunar Sea"! 

AND last but CERTAINLY not least, is my two newest additions: VELVETINES! I currently own both "Wicked" and "Salem" from the Clueless Witch collection, but hope to add "Black Velvet" to the family soon!
